Roche Macaulay & Partners won countless awards, including Agency of the Year, Advertising Age International Agency of the Year and Agency of the Decade. As Associate Creative Director and Vice-President, he was responsible for Mercedes-Benz, The Canadian Egg Marketing Agency, The Royal Ontario Museum, Kawasaki Motorcycles, IKEA Canada and IKEA Germany.
After Roche, Graham became Creative Director of OWN+P in San Francisco, specializing in youth brands like Electronic Arts (EA Games and EA Sports) and Lucky Brand Jeans, before returning to Canada to help start Grip Limited, where as a founding Creative Partner, he worked on campaigns for Labatt Blue, Bell Canada and Honda.
Graham then became Creative Director of another successful upstart, The Unitas Reputation Agency, working on the launch and rapid success of Public Mobile and integrated campaigns for The Waterloo Brewing Company, Seagram, PotashCorp and the 2013 re-launch of Sears Canada.
